Your trash service will continue without interruption โ you don't need to re-sign up or transfer anything. The main thing to be aware of is that autopay did not carry over from Fairview Trash. When you receive your first statement from Superior Disposal, just set up payment online through the portal or give us a call and we'll take care of it over the phone.
You'll receive a statement from Superior Disposal by email. From there you can pay online through our customer portal, set up autopay so it's handled automatically, or call us at (615) 681-5500 to pay by card or check over the phone. We can also accommodate paper statements if needed โ just let us know.
Yes โ autopay did not transfer over to the new system. You'll need to set it back up once you receive your first statement from Superior Disposal. You can do that online through the customer portal or call us at (615) 681-5500 and we'll set it up with you over the phone. It only takes a couple of minutes.
No. We committed to Fairview customers that rates would not increase as part of this transition. Your current rate stays the same. Period.

Yes. Your 96-gallon can stays right where it is. New customers who sign up will receive a complimentary 96-gallon can with lid and wheels delivered to their door.
Biweekly curbside recycling is just $15/month โ one of the most affordable options in the area. To add it, just call us at (615) 681-5500 or mention it when signing up online.
Flatten it and set it next to your bin on pickup day โ we'll take it. If you have recycling service, cardboard can go in your recycling pickup instead. Either way, we've got you covered.
It's not strictly required, but we do prefer it. Bagging keeps things cleaner and safer for the crew. Loose items are fine occasionally, but as a general rule bagged trash makes the whole process smoother for everyone.
